Rebecca Clark gives a keynote speech at the prestigious Archbishops and Bishops Dinner at Mansion House in February 2024

Rebecca Clark was invited to give a keynote speech in her role as Chair of the Civil Mediation Council at the prestigious Archbishops and Bishops Dinner at Mansion House in February 2024. The biannual event celebrates the link between the City of London Corporation and The Church of England as well as other faiths.

Speeches were delivered by the Lord Mayor Professor Michael Mainelli, Archbishop Justin Welby, and Rebecca. This year’s theme was ‘Disagreeing Agreeably’ and we were delighted that Rebecca was invited to speak about how mediation provides a process for people to have difficult conversations and empowers them to find their own solutions. Covering all aspects of mediation from commercial, workplace and employment, community, restorative justice and peer, Rebecca described the many ways mediation is being used across all aspects of society to provide imaginative and transformative solutions to issues ranging from breach of contract to knife-crime and the Grenfell Tower disaster.
